Shipping Policy
In Favofficegears, premium products are brought to you quickly and in excellent condition. Smooth and efficient shipping is what we are committed to provide to the satisfaction of all our customers. Shipping charges apply only when the order falls below a certain amount.
In the relevant case of a cancellation of the order before the shipping of the product, the product gets lost during transit, or it is misplaced and incorrect delivery is effected on the addressee's door, the equivalent amount of the cancelled order shall be immediately refunded. In the case of return, the recipient should bear the total cost of the merchandise, as well as handling costs.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Favofficegears offers two reliable shipping options: Registered Shipping and Airmail Shipping.
- Registered Shipping: The standard method to be used is registered shipping, which is provided with conditions to most, if not all, orders. The average setup time can last for about 4 to 5 days.
- Airmail Shipping: With faster delivery, Airmail Shipping is a good way to meet orders in cases of high demand since it only takes at least 2-3 working days for product delivery. Yet this option is more highly priced than the earlier Registered Shipping.
Customers should choose Airmail Shipping as their shipping alternative so they can use the expedited shipping service feature when checking out their goods.
It is very important that someone is there to check and receive the package being sent to them. If no one is at home to receive it, the courier will either leave the package with the office outside or the package will be postmarked so it can be claimed later within a few days. In that case, only you or some other person coming to the home can pick up the package.
Failure to pick these items up may lead to their being returned to our shop, and reshipment costs will be charged to you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Duties, taxes, or any other customs duties and taxes, which may be imposed according to the laws prevailing in a certain country, are to be paid or borne by you. They do not form part of the cost and shipping cost that you will pay for that product. None payment might lead to the holding up or cessation of the delivery of the package or return back to us. Favofficegears shall not be held responsible for any of these inconveniences; we highly recommend a pre-hand verification of the import policies of your country before making any order.
Unexpected Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, including:
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, hurricanes, tsunamis)
- Emergencies or curfews
- Unforeseen situations like strikes or transportation disruptions
In such scenarios, we wait for the circumstances to develop before moving forward with the shipping process. If it seems to be a bit too much, we might just cancel and provide a full refund of your order.
